The goal of this workshop is for you to experience how we create our strategic company-specific advice. During this workshop, you will be working on a problem that the CEO of a large Electronics company presented to us. Experienced BCG strategists will be supporting you in creating a ground-breaking solution. In your advice, you will present to the CEO: (1) the influence of the fast-growing eCommerce channel on the current market and (2) which strategy should be adopted in this competitive landscape.
