Data Analytics Consulting (Nederlandse case)

Als de meest bevolkte en dichtbevolkte stad van de Verenigde Staten, worden er grote hoeveelheden data opgeslagen over de huizenprijzen in New York City. Deze data bevat informatie over elk verkocht huis op Staten Island tussen 2012 en 2022. Voor elk huis zijn er gegevens beschikbaar over de kenmerken, zoals het aantal vierkante meters en het bouwjaar van het huis. Daarnaast zijn ook de lengte- en breedtegraad van de huizen beschikbaar, evenals gegevens over de voorzieningen in de omgeving. Mogelijk zit er veel waarden in deze data, die nog niet volledig ontdekt zijn. PwC-klanten hebben interesse om meer inzichten uit deze data te verkrijgen en vragen jou om advies.Presentatie:  Een pitch van twee minuten om de aandacht van de klant te vestigen op trends in de huizenmarkt en hen te laten zien hoe ze waarde kunnen halen uit hun data om huizenprijzen te voorspellen.
