Rabobank is an international, cooperative bank with Dutch origins. For more than 125 years, collaboration has been at the heart of everything we do. Today, we employ more than 49,000 colleagues in 37 countries. Our guiding principle is that together, we accomplish far more than we ever could individually.
One of Rabobank's major responsibilities as a bank is to protect society from Financial Economic Crime (FEC). We continuously investigate our customers to control and monitor integrity risks. Therefore, FEC has become one of the most important parts of the organization. The collective aim is to keep money on the right path, for our customers and society. Hence, every day we are working on improving our insights in various FEC projects. In this case, you will be working on gaining insights into our customers and their transaction behaviour.
In order to interact with fraudulent transactions consistently, the business wants to gain insights into customers' transactional patterns. Business analysts are especially interested in any anomalous behaviour, as this might indicate fraudulent or undesired payments.
The assignment will be about coming up with an approach to identify clusters of customers, finding anomalies and interpreting results to provide us with the necessary business insights.
