LED 2025 will be held at NBC Nieuwegein. NBC Nieuwegein can easily be reached by public transport. From train station Utrecht Centraal you can take a short tram ride to NBC Nieuwegein. You can take tram 20 to stop Nieuwegein, Zuilenstein, which is right in front of NBC Nieuwegein.
There is also the possibility to come by car and park for free in front of NBC Nieuwegein. For more information you can check NBC Nieuwegein websiteThere is no parking at the hostel.
Maastricht & Groningen
Busses will drive directly to the LED 2025, and will drive back after the Recruitment Dinner

When you arrive at LED 2025, you can store all your belongings (including overnight bags) in the free wardrobe. During LED 2025 you are not required to bring your own laptop.
During the day we will provide you with lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks.
The dress code for the day is business professional. This implies a suit, formal jacket with nice trousers, skirt or formal dress. Keep the prints neutral and wear dress shoes, small heels or some nice flats.
The afterparty takes place at De Werfkelder in Utrecht (Oudegracht aan de Werf 97, 3511 AL Utrecht). It takes about 30 minutes to travel from NBC Nieuwegein to De Werfkelder by public transport.
The afterparty starts at 22:30 and ends at 3:30.
During the afterparty there will be an open bar for beer, wine and sodas, any other alcoholic drinks can be purchased at your own cost. Payment at De Werkleder can only be done by card.
De Werfkleder has lockers in which you can store small belongings. Please note that these are limited and not meant for overnight bags.
